Graphic depicts an iconic western Marshall and his deputies (including a doctor) as they prepare for a legendary showdown to enforce the law.  
 
The tribute on back represents how our modern day "Oath Takers" are physically and emotionally beat on by suspects and the media.   They are constantly under the microscope and the first to be judged unfairly and denied the "Due Process" they afford everyone else.  Knowing all of this, they still walk the thin blue line and protect all of us from evil.  They live their oath, even though we don't deserve or appreciate their courage and sacrifice.
